STEPS TO SOBRIETY

While there’s no shame in having a glass or two of wine from time to time, the mommy wine culture seems to be everywhere. And sometimes you can realize that one glass of wine a night has turned into one bottle of wine (or more) a night.

Tune in to hear the empowering and insightful story from a dad’s perspective on how alcohol (or the substance of your choice) can affect your marriage, work, parenting, and so much more.

Dr. Stephan Neff, a recovering alcoholic who had a lifetime to trauma, joins me and gives insight on how you can live a life so fantastic that alcohol has simply no role to play.

ESSENTIAL MINUTE | LEMON

As Dr. Neff said hydration is an important key to helping with the cravings of alcohol. But let’s be honest, water can get a little boring. By adding a drop or two of lemon, it can help you add a little flavor and in turn drink more water.

But Not only can this help you in staying hydrated, it is also great for detoxing your liver and kidney.

When you use this oil in your water or in a mocktail, always make sure to use it in a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel container. Due to the purity of this oil, you never want to use it in plastic as it can start puling out toxins of the bottle.
