The coaching commitment consists of 6 sessions. It is my recommendation that we meet every other week for best results, but understand that we may have to work around your schedule. This is supposed to help you create more clam, not add additional stress to your life.
The 6 sessions must be used within 4 months of our first session together. -
Absolutely! It is always great when both parents are involved on implementing new strategies within the home. However, I understand that this may not always be the case, especially if you are in a co-parenting situation.

The sessions will revolve around the C.A.L.M. approach to parenting. However, I understand that things come up and you may need to use a session to discuss the current struggles you are experiencing in your home. I make sure that each session holds space for these important situations.
